I think this advice is sound, but it’s easier said than done. For example, a the time I think I hire the right people, but sometimes discover I wasn’t quite correct.
I think another aspect you need to make sure of is quality. When your business is growing fast, you need to make sure the quality of your work doesn’t drop. I live in Melbourne and just completed my ISO 9001 certification, and it definitely put a new spin on how to satisfy customers to me.
